My dd just turned 2 and she is potty trained (not nights though).She wears her panty at home during weekends and evenings. She comes n calls me whenever she wants to go (even sometimes in the midnight she wakes me up to go for potty). This she does, even when we goto friends home.
Here comes my problem. She goes to day care and her teacher says she doesnt do potty there at all :-( Am surprised ! Also , the teacher says as none of the other kids in the class (all just turned 2, may be a month more) r potty trained, my daughter may not be interested in doing there.
Am sick of it. I dont know who to blame here.

me too a mother of 2yr old. actually my son is not exactly 2 he is 22 months old.hee also going to preschool.i used to send him with daiapers for a few days. later iam sending him with out diapers or nappies.because there are aayammaas(aaya)who are very friendly and patient with kids.they take him to the toilet in regular intervals. sometimes my kid also can not inform me abt his potty. i only take him to toilet in regular intervals.even though there are some accidents.first check out why your kid is not intrested in doing potty there. some kids behave so stubbornly if we are not patient with them.instead of expecting your child to inform you abt her potty, u can make her to do potty by taking her into toilet.you first implement it at home and see the result.then you can inform the same in her daycare also.if she is obeying you but still rigid in school means its the time that you have to think of changing her school.ok, all the best,and be patient.all these accidents happens in toddlers. moreover they are just(after turning 2yrs)getting the control over their rectum and bladder. ok?
