hi,
my husband an daughter like kadhi and morkozhambu a lot but whenever i make it it curdles .plz give me som tip and also the recipe.thanks in advance

When u cook morkozhambu just add rice flour and besan to three Tablespoons of water. After adding all ingredients to curd or buttermilk add this mixture atlast and keep on fire for 5minutes. then temper the dish .now its ready to serve.

are u mixing curd with besan pre-cooking? Mix besan, curd, haldi, salt then water then give the tadka.

If u dont use besan, boiling just curd will curdle it.
