Hi,

I am a working mother of 6 month old baby and i have been breast feeding her in late evenings/night time alone. Offlate i have noticed that my right breast is been sagging and literally dropping out of my bra. My baby sleeps to my right side and i guess its due to my open breast for breast feeding during the night.
Is there a way to get it back into shape ? Iam finding it very uncomfortable. Please help

hi use maternity bra' s only..n use perfect sized ones...n support ur breasts while feeding with ur hands or try to place a pillow on ur lap n place babay on it n feed by thiz way ur baby dunt need to pull ur breasts down...try to avoid night time feedings or if u want plz try to sit n feed.

Thanks for your response. I have been trying to use perfect sized ones. And i have this problem with my right breast and yes as you said it could be bcoz i have been sleeping and feeding all the time.
So i will avoid feeding the night and whenever i feed i think i will feed her sitting.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
