Hi girls, anybody else having this problem? Its been 4 days now and I am not able to eat or digest anything. Just having two mouthfuls me feel as if I just finished a 100 m race and I start losing my breath. Surviving more on liquid diet to keep me going...:(
Any suggestions?

hi Sharmila,
You're not alone there. Almost everyone who enters 8,9 months face heaviness and unable to breath properly. Take small amount of solids more times a day. don't just rely on fluids. Go for walking , that helps you digest food.

Be happy........this is very normal that in last days, u feel like filled always. The same case is with me also for the last 10-15 days. But try your best to eat properly as baby needs it.
He/she is big enough to take a good quantity of your meal.
