Hi,

My son is 20 months old and going to a day care. I would like to put him in a montessori in Koramangala area. I work in Electronics City.

Looking forwad to some info on good montessori, elligible age, when will they start giving out application, etc? I hear some of them start in October?
What other options if I continue to put in day care for another year?

You need to search for a montessori now itself since the child has to complete 2 1/2 yrs in June for admissions in these montessories. Most of these montessories will start giving out application forms in the last week of October onwards. You need to get in touch with them for the exact dates.

Also you can put your kid in day care for a year & admit him next year in preschool. But i feel it is easier getting admission in a good school if you put him in a good montessori now itself.Thats what i plan to do with my kid. Infact if i get admission in a good school with montessori I would prefer that so that i dont have to go school hunting next year. So am trying for NPS & GEAR which do have montessori.
