I' m in my 25 week of pregnancy ,all ws gng gud but from d last few i' m having severe headache,n my doc advised me crocin,I just wanted to knw is it normal symtom,or its just happening wid me,please do reply me,m waiting ,THNK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE.

Hi Priya,
I am in my 25th week too, the headaches are quite normal part of pregnancy,so not to worry. As Bhavna has put it having smaller and lighter meals actually helps. If you enjoy an activity like music or singing/painting etc try to bring that into your routine. Helps you stay calm and relaxfeels very relaxing. Sleep in a comfortable room with low lighting and no noise, i try all and also take head massages whenever possible. Being happy also helps a lot!

hi Priya,

dont be anxious-dear, abt these headaches, its quiet common, i remember having them too duirng my first pregnancy and its safe to take crocin.

it might help if u hv small mealscoz it could be due to hunger pangs, the nxt time u have it try eating half a banana, it sure helped me.

According to my experience with Relicord, I will never recommend any one to go with Relicord. It' s being 1.5 years now, I am paying the EMIs, but I had enough trouble with them.

yes Life cell is the best, when ourbabygirl was due in Feb 2011 we shortlisted Lifecell after meeting Cyrobanks, Relicord, Babycord etc. Cyrobanks are thugs they promise you the moon and also there is no indian hand in this company so we can' t rely on them at all. Avoid Beena Jaysingh. We' ve got seriously burnt up by Dr. Beena Jaysingh of Apollo Bellandur. Dr Beena is highly unprofessional and always behind money. She is incompetent and doesn' t understand patient problems and needs. Whenever we went to her for my wife' s pregnancy she wrote all the available tests without even asking and thinking.
