Due Date Club March 2009:Ceaserian Delivery in full anaesthesia
2008-12-12
Name: Barun Bhadra

Hi all! My wife is going to be mother of a child after 10 years of our marriage. Our doctor has told her that delivery will be ceaserian, not normal. Doctor has also told that at time of delivery, she will not be in full anasesthesia but anasesthesia will be applied only from her waist to toe by giving injection at her waist. My wife fears that this will cause her very much pain after delivery in the long run. Pl. suggest what I can do in this regard so that my wife cannot suffer much pain after child delivery. She is in very much anxiety regarding delivery.

Hi,
I was in the same boat delivered after 12 yrs of marriage Even I had a c-sec because it is a precious pregnancy. Even I had the epidural which is injection at the waist. Believe me nothing hurt ask her to relax as much as possible bending over. it was just a prick and you cannot feel anything. I could hear everyone and see my son first it was great My son is 2 yrs now and I have had no problem so ask her not to worry because i am a very scared person to take injections, if I can take it everyone can.

1.After one year they send a legal notice to me saying that I have not given the intitial advance of 20,000 R.s

Lifecell is the best
yes Life cell is the best, when ourbabygirl was due in Feb 2011 we shortlisted Lifecell after meeting Cyrobanks, Relicord, Babycord etc. Cyrobanks are thugs they promise you the moon and also there is no indian hand in this company so we can' t rely on them at all. Relicord is good but the offers have so much marketing gimmicks. Other players lacks either the technical inf... - CK [View Message]

Avoid Beena Jaysingh. We' ve got seriously burnt up by Dr. Beena Jaysingh of Apollo Bellandur. Dr Beena is highly unprofessional and always behind money. She is incompetent and doesn' t understand patient problems and needs. Whenever we went to her for my wife' s pregnancy she wrote all the available tests without even asking and thinking.

My personal experience with ReliCord is not good. My baby is now 9 months old and the contract is still not signed. I am following up since last 6 months.

Anybody has any idea what can be done in such a case.... - Ani [View Message]
