My doctor hasn't measured my uterus height till now(24th week). How many of your doctors do it in every visit? How do they measure it?

Even my doc never measured anything yet. Is it necessary to say everything is going smooth and fine in our pergnancy??

i am in same boat even my dr is not measuring anything .i hope every dr is differnt...so let see in next visit otherwise we can ask them....

my doctor too measures the height the same way geetha told ...and he does it every month ...by now the uterus reaches an inch or two above the navel...

I don't know if all doctors do it. First time doc puts her fingers into ur vagina & locate the bottom of uterus and by pressing on ur belly locates the top of the uterus & measures this length with a tape. From then during ur monthly visits, they locate the top of uterus by pressing on ur belly and measure it from ur pubic bone with a tape. My doctor started noting it from 11 weeks.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
