i am walking 20-30 min almost daily except weekend.i am agree with ck 3 times walk in a week is healthy for u...so keep going and always keep water with u.i feel tired too some time ....and some time very energetic....

Half hour walk thrice a week is good enough. Also, walking for 2 hrs one day and not walking for another one week is a absolute mistake. Slow, mild and regular walking is the best.

I get dizzy sometimes at the 10th minute of walking. Anybody feels the same?

I too feel dizzy and drained out after standing or walking for 10 mins sometimes ....and sometimes feel very energetic ...

Hi Meena...
i had asked my dooctor as to how much exercise or walking is safe ...coz i used to go to the gym for 3 hrs before i concieved ....the doctor said that walking for 20 mins at a comfortable speed is good and healthy....anything activity that will make u breathless and exhausted should not be done coz at this stage we are very prone to fall...coz are joints are loose due too the hormones preparing us for a normal birth and our center of gravity has also changed ....

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
