Looked pretty cool. I called up the Centers near me and they charge like $300 and will give CD and lot of pic, its like seeing our baby in real. Unlike the 2d u/s in the doc office.
I donno if insurance will cover this.
Also did any of u have this?
I remember Sandhya told me she had one.
Check the site for the 4d one and see how cute it is. I am going to do more research and call my insurance to see how much they can reimburse.

Feels strange replying to you here when we email each other frequently. Well I guess I lucked out with my doc. He does an u/s for me every visit and my Fetal abnormality test (second level u/s) was done in 3D. It was lovely seeing the babies in flesh and colour. In fact I am tempted to do one around the 8th mth also. Lemme see if my doc will do it for me....

Well, my HMO (in Northern California) does not pay for it and yeah it does cost around $300 dollars or more. My friend in Oklahoma got it done for 150$ though, so the price varies from place to place I think.

I wonder why it is so expensive for us here when it's only $20 in Canada and 3000 rupies in India.

But, like Kushi says...I think it is still worth it. Our baby (your babies) will have it for the rest of their lives

I had the 2 CD's of my baby first in 4th month & then second in sixth month. whenever i saw those Cd's I couldn't tell u how i feel. I had the 2 u/s already & everytime i got the cd & now i'm waiting for the 3rd u/s coz everyone said that u must have the 3rd u/s in 8th month. U know it's a grrrrreat feeling to see ur baby moving in ur tummy.

I don't know that where u live but here in canada the charges r just 20$ to have that Cd. But i think that it's worth paying even 300 bucks to get that Cd coz then u had a picture of ur baby when baby is in ur tummy & mostly the people had pictures of their babies from the time when they r born but we have pictures from the time even when they r not born yet..
