How are you all ? its long time na, I did not have access to the net all these days , just joined the office today, its been nice to come out of house , but also sad that I had to leave neeharika at home, I had never been away for more than 2-3 hours, my mom is taking care of her, and I keep calling how she is doing, and feeling so guilty to be away, my work timings are also sick I have to work from 2pm to 10pm cant help as my company works according to US/UK timings ,

so how are you all doing ? must be really fun watching the kids grow up, Neeharika is doing well, only problem is she has not gained much weight and is only 4.5kg she is 3 months 11 days old and is very bony, can anyone of you please give me tips on how to make sure my kid turn out to be a chubby child

Usha Hana replied. Don't stress too much on the weight issue as long as Neeharika feeds well, she is healthy, happy and playful. The weight and physique of your baby depends on you and hubby's size. If both of you are not very big then she won't be big. Also, girls look nice when they are dainty.

I used to stress on this subject a lot when I had my son, he always fed properly including solids but todate is a slim, tall boy.

My daughter is also 3 months and at her 10 week check up she weighed in at 4.5kgs, she is going for another clinic on 23rd and I will find out how much she weighs now but she is also not going to be a chubby child. Both of them are tall because my husband and I are both tall.

Just enjoy her. And I absolutely love the name Neeharika. Tweetie replied. Hey don't worry about ur kid being too thin, as long as she is active and drinks enough she should be fine...yeah chubby babies are nice when they are small, but leads to more chnces of obesity when they grow up, so be happy!

Yeah leaving the kid alone is going to be difficult, I m glad that atleast ur mom is around to take care of her.
