Name: Working woman Hi everyone,
Would like to get some tips on choosing a correct well fitted bra. I know wearing a good innerwear is really important and that raises your self confidence..etc. But need help in HOW...

Also, I have a situation where I feel really embrassed. I work in USA and mostly wear Jeans with good t-shirt. What happens is, sometimes when see myself on the mirror I see the light trace of nipples showing up over the shirt. Not only for me I have seen this problem with some other girls too. Question: How to avoid this? Please share any tips you have.........

I think playtex (cross your heart ) bras are good. I used to have the same problem..thy are slightly padded and it goes well with the t-shirts and other western clotes
