Reiki:Reiki and depression

Name: Aakansha Reiki is a good way for dealing with depression. I have experienced it and it is very good. After learning Reiki one can heal his own self so it is good to learn Reiki. I advice everybody on this board to learn Reiki and heal their own selves. It is an amazing practice to heal oneself with Reiki. It is highly beneficial for mankind. I had learnt from a Reiki Grandmaster who stays next door and she is a very good friend of mind. I strongly recommend that if you are looking ahead to learn Reiki, you should only learn from Reiki Grandmaster who is an experienced person in Reiki.

Mood Swings

I am 14month pregnant with my second child. Just wanted to check if anyone else has mood swings during their pregnancy? I have a 3 yo son and I often shout at him or scold him. Will that affect my unborn? I try to keep my cool as possible but sometimes it is not possible with a toddler around.
