Reiki is a Spiritual practice. It is derived from Japanese word RIE and KI.

I am 14month pregnant with my second child. Just wanted to check if anyone else has mood swings during their pregnancy? I have a 3 yo son and I often shout at him or scold him. Will that affect my unborn? I try to keep my cool as possible but sometimes it is not possible with a toddler around.
