i feel like i am having a bipolar depression. My mood swings every know and then. sometimes i overspend and sometimes dont spend at all. I am always confused and mostly when depressed, dont have courage to do any work, cant even get up from bed, make silly excuses, and think of the worst that can happen. sometimes i feel all persons are very good and sometimes feel all are enemies. Many times i get angry to quit job and at other times dont understand how such feelings come to me. I cant get serious when i need to and feel too nervous/tensed at silly things.
I feel this condition has had a major impact on my life till now and if not rectified can cause many further problems in my future.
Does anyone else feel like this ?.I am totally confused what to do - any views from members would be greatly appreciated . GITU MIRPURI replied.
