My daughter Shradha 4+ year old has been very nice baby.But of late,She has started crying a lot at home.I think she feels crying attracts parents attention.this is happening after her brother,Shreyansh 10 month old,was down with viral fever.She quotes\";kya bhaiya hi sabse pyara,gora hain.kya aap log mujhe pyaar nahin kar sakte hain\";

Hi Divya,
Kids do feel detached when all the sudden the love is shared with their siblings. At this age they don't understand much. Try to spend one on one time with her like reading books, or singing with her etc. Make her feel loved.
