i have very regular periods ,all my hsg,tb,tyroid test ,hormone test are ok.me and my husband reports show no basic problems for infertility.when i was given chlomophene50mg when my gync have done ultrasound on 16th day my egg size was 17.2mm,then she have given me hcg injection.but the result was not positive.any one who have gone through the same problem please answer.i want to know how far the size of my egg would be the reason for my infertility

hi
went thro the same problem !! the minimum size of the follicle shud be 2.0cms and if its also sometimes u will not get pregnt !!! the size on yr 14 day if yr cycle is a 28day cycle then shud be more than 2cms !!
in yr next cycle yr doctore mite put u in a increased dosage for the size of the folliclew to grow upto 2 and then hcg shud be given !!
yr hcg is a medicine which helps yr follicle to get erupted !!
so wait till yr follicle is 2cms and then take yr hcg !!!

i want to now some more detailed info from u. did u have positive results after being on high dosage chlomophene and hcg injection?have u been given any other medicines or injections? i would please like to now ur present condition,which might help me from my situation.

Hi, we are planning for ivf via donor sperm as we have genetic history wherein my daughter is ASD and mine own brother is ADHD hence genetic counselor said there is risk of 15-20 percent of child being autistic if we use our own gamet. If male child is born the ​risk is higher than a girl child.
