Name: Vaishali Hey I have a preggie pal who eats almonds soaked overnight and peeled and stuff...and also loads of other dry fruits all day.....I just dont seem to remember to do all that!...how many of u religeously consume dry fruits? and really....is it a total MUST?? How bad is it if u dont eat it on a daily basis?

Dry fruits

Dry fruits are usually recommended for their protein and fibre-rich content. When you drink milk, just add two spoons of powdered almond. Thats what I do.

yes, its too much helpfull

yes vaishali if you eat a dry fruits that is very helpfull to you and yur child his development is very good and after dilivery you recover early
