Hi Sirisha,
I don't eat lot of dry fruits. Don't feel like having badam and cashews. Maybe I should try walnuts.

Take badam soaked overnight in water or milk if you don't feel like having walnuts, I have heard it is good for the baby.

take care,
Greeshma

I have started eating them recently as I have been told they r rich in Vitamin E. This is good for the baby as well as in preventing stretch marks. Just eat abt 2-3 a day.

Best wishes

take care and enjoy...

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
