C-Section:C-section pain even after 5 months.....

Hi all,

I had a C-section in january n it's been 6 months now,still i'm feeling burning sensation in my stitching area.Also when my boy kicks me at tummy,feel a horrible pain.
Moreover i'm dying with my back pain where shot is given.I'm not able to hold my baby for longer time.Lower back pain is also there.
Can anyone suggest me smthg to get rid of this pain?Will get relief if i go for some exercises?

Hi Moni,
When i had my first c-section 2 yrs ago i was in alot of pain as well, i still felt the burning/ discomfot where i had the incision, after a year, the doctor said that was normal, being that they cut through so many layers of skin and muscles,and the uterus.back pain oh yeah i can relate to you, i started doing yoga an dit helps a great deal, give it a try.
