Hi all,

I have undergone a C-section one and a half month ago. I have regularly used belt around my tummy after delivery but I still have a large tummy. I also resumed my normal periods 10 days ago. I wanted to ask whether my tummy will become flat by itself. If so when or I need to start some exercises etc. I am extremely lean and thin and only my tummy is showing and I feel very embarassed.

Hi,

I think the best way to loose ur tuumy is by doing yoga. but then through a very professional guy. i had gained 10 kgs after c-section and after 3 years i did lot of running, skipping, gyming. but nothing helps. the best is to do yoga everyday for 1 1/2 hrs without fail and u will see wonders in next 3 months.

Hi Neha,

I too had a C-section 6 months back n facing the same prob..large tummy.....
I didn't used belt but now i started exercising.
U shld start doing aome abdomen crunches only after consulting ur doc bcoz my doc did allow me to do for atleast 2 months.So first consult ur doc n then go ahead but do it definitely otherwise u'll be with tht large tummy always.
