Hi All,

Does anyone here use Pudin Hara for acidity? I had a severe bout of acidity two days back and popped a tablet of PudinHara, and I had immediate relief. Since it has only Pudina extract, my husband and I concluded that it cant be harmful.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi Suni,
Whenever i have acidity problem i take ENO,dunno abut Pudin hara.But Eno really helps for me.Rest if u want i can ask my Doctor as she is an Indian,do let me know if any suggestions reqd on this topic.

Hi Uma,

Since you have an Indian doctor, will you ask her? I am so comfortable with Pudin Hara that I have a mental block against Tums. Stupid of me, right?
My father-in-law always takes Eno....he says it is one of the best things ever!

Hi Suni

If you have an Indian Doc you can confirm thru her. You can also read the ingredients and check it on the net about individual ingredient. If you have doubt, you can switch to other medicines which we know are surely safe, like Maalox/Tums etc.

Hi Manisha,

My doctor is not Indian. I guess I just thought Pudin Hara is more natural to the body than Tums can be, so!!!! Guess I should stick to Tums like I normally do. I just like PudinHara...:-)
