What is the advantage of booking earlier appts ?i guess it will be more peace of mind&more time to book tickets what do you'll feel?
There r earlier slots available,Bar&Anu r u planning to prephone?
My only worry is if we go for visa in Aug&only 3mths is given then my mom has to come a little earlier than anticipated.That shld be ok but at the POE what r the chances she will get 6mths or will it be just another 3 mths starting frm the time of her entry?
i have been regularly reading up immigration issues but just asking you'll at the board in case any of u know/Pls reply so i can go ahead&prephone mom's appt!!

hi Manvi,

It is better that u book ur appts earlier, coz we will have peace of mind and also that they can book their tickets also instead of waiting till the last minute.
Just hope for the best that ur mom gets the maximum stay period.

Where did u see that there are slots available earlier too.
Can u pls let me know, I want to prepone. Yaa I think ur right, what if they give 3 months visa only.... But I am little tensed so its better she comes here little early also. now they have appt on Aug 13 are there slots available bfore that too? Pls let me know where I can check them
