hii friends
my problem is very unique i am a house wife who have a toddler .my problem is my ever increasing weight and my habit of keeping eating the whole day i eat breakfast then after some time munch some thing then eat salad then eat lunch have tea sandwitch cheese choclate drink juice then have sweets and then in the night have dinner
i try to control but all in vain
please help
does any one have similar situation of binge eating

Hey - I am JointFamily but have some experience on reducing weight! Have done myself, very effectively.

a. Eat what you want, don't feel any constraints. It is your slow metabolism that makes you fact, not your intake.

b. Breakfast, salad, lunch, dinner, juice - all are advised by dieticians. So nothing wrong in your eating seq. Cheese is good.

c. For each piece of thing you eat - like one roti, juice etc. go to nearby ground and brisk walk for 5 rounds (about 1 km in max 8 min). So walk in morning, afternoon and after dinner. Remember, if you eat 5 pieces, you need to talk 25 rounds. Another option is you walk first and then earn your eating!

d. Buy very expensive dress of the size you aspire. e.g. I bought colorplus pant of Rs. 3500 of size 30 when I was 38. Then I worked to reduce and finally could use the pant for 2 years! Buy 3 / 4 such dresses to feel the pinch. Little to your hubby also!

e. Attend yoga classes or read relegious books like Sant. Asaramji bapu.

f. Stop Sugar as regular intake. Our body gets all required suger from other food. Sugar is not at all useful to us. banana, Chikoo, sugar, sweets, in juice/tea - complete ban on sugar. First rule stays: if you want to eat sometime, eat as much as you like - not limit to one!

g. Everyday morning, take hot water with lemon.

h. Take some tension of study, class, part time work etc. Tension reduces fat!

g. Buy weighing machine and weigh every day morning and evening. Take notes. You must aim to reduce 1 KG per week. Effectively, it will come to 0.75 KG per week as sometimes you will again put on weight.

g. Send all sweets to us now! No use for you!

Hi sneha,
Get out of the house. do exercise. Don't buy junk food. You can buy carrots and other veges to munch if you have a craving. I mean healthy stuff. That way you will also be eating healthier.

hi sneha,

I think you have posted this message on this board by mistake but anyway, no one can help you in controlling this behavior but you.

You have to be strong and stop munching. If you have an urge to eat I would suggest that go out for walk. Don't give in to all the cravings. Also, you can substitute the cravings with some healthy snacks like salads.

Perhaps your mom also was the same fat lady after she gave birth to you.

This forum helps people get help for their problems. If you are so problem free that you can respond to other people in problems, then Congratulations.
But when you will face hardships in life, dont feel bad if somebody makes fun of you.
Btw did your mom forget to teach you manners while giving birth to such a hardheaded kid like you?
