Due Date Club November 2003:Baby Movements

and here I thought I was the only one who was feeling less and less movements during the day. Ofcourse one thing that I have noticed is the baby movements for me are more pronounced when I am active thruout the day.
I am going for water aerobics twice a week...and the day I have these classes I feel the movement more strongly than the rest of the days....
Infact my doctor has advised that if I feel ok I can go for the swimming more often but for lesser duration.
Another universal advice that I have received is to go for walks everyday for a duration of 20-30 minutes. Believe me it works!

good idea

Water aerobics sure does sounds like a good idea...I wish I had more time to go for one of those classes... By the time I get home, I am so darn tired so all I can think of nowadays is lie down and sleep... :)
I have been keeping track of the kick counts and so far they seem to be fine and on track (thank god for that) and hopefully they will stay that way for the next 10 weeks..
