kindly tell me that is there any harmful effects on the baby if the mother is having her monthly mensus and also breastfeeding??

I can understand your problem very well.even if you serch in google or go to the site La Leche legue.you wont find any proper answer for this question.because from my experience it is not a big concern.i breastfed my son during periods and pregnant with my 2nd child.my daughter is 15 months now,she is still feeding and she was exclusively breast fed for upto 6 months.just take nutritious food and take rest if you experience cramps.
Take you Mil also for your next check up or your babys next check up,and discuss this with the doctor.this is what i used to do every time when i had disagreemnt with bot my mom amd Mil.
because we follow the current health boards and at their times it was different.so you cannot complain them too.when i was a baby my mom fed me solids when i was a month old.but now doctors dont recommend that.so just take them to the pediatritions office and discuss about this and they will understand.
