Due Date Club August 2007:Anomaly Scan!!

Name: Roops Gals, have you got your anomaly scan done? if yes, at what week did you guys get this scan..if not, what week has your doc asked you to get this scan done..i completed 23 weeks yesterday and getting the scan done in 24th week..i checked some websites and they said its usually done between 20-24 weeks.. share some experiences please....

Yeaaaa!! Got my Anomaly Scan done today

Hey gals...got my anomaly scan done today..everythings great..but the baby was in deep sleep and didnt move around much..lazy bum!! :)
I went to this hospital called ' The Cradle Bangalore' as they had this 4D scan and got a 4D scan done..i could see the cute little face in the 4D scan...was sooooooo happy :)
the facilities look great, you gals should take a look, i am planning to go there for the delivery...

its great to meet you both and to know that you are from Bangalore too...lets jam up and keep in touch..take care gals..all the best..

Hi Roopa,

Even I am in Bangalore itself. That makes it three of us. Thats great. I guess not many hospitals have 3D yet. Let me know if u know the name of the hospital to which I go.

Hi Roops

Anomaly scan was done for me in 22 weeks. The baby was fine inside...dancing literally! No anomalies were detected, thank God!
My hubby got all the more excited after seeing the baby in scan!

Scan

Hi Roops,
I am in week 24. I had my scan in my my 22nd week. It was a wonderful experience, since it was a 3D ultrasound. So, we could see our baby clearly. First he had covered his right eye with his hand. But after some time, he removed it. We could see all the features of the baby.
Makes me all the more impatient to hold my little one in my arms.

awwww,thats soooooo cute...i am soo eager to see the scan too as its been quite a while since i had my last scan somewhere in 3rd month..sometimes even i get impatient as to why it should take so long for the baby to come...LOL..wish it was much quicker :)

BTW,Renu where are you from..I am in bangalore and the one that i am going to has a 2D scan and no 3D but he is supposed to be one of the best in town..keeping my fingers crossed..thanks for sharing..take care..
