Due Date Club December 2005:about myself
2005-09-10
Name: ammy

Hi all,
Had to post the message in two as the earlier one was getting bigger. Finally I have decided to post a message and overcome my laziness... I have not updated any thing about myself in the other message hence this new message. I am doing great. Got a good rest for two days during the festival. My hubby was not in town during that time so pampared myself.
Baby is kicking a lot these days... and I have rush to loo everynow and then. Finally my hubby felt the movement yesterday(only after me placing his hand on my tummy, otherwise he would have never done on his own). But night sleep is getting a nightmare for me. Not able to find a comfortable position to sleep due to back pain. Leg swelling is there but not permanent, it is just for a day or two and then it disappears.
Am going to Doc on Tuesday for my fortnight checkup. Letsee what she has to say now. Also will ask her when I can do the travelling so I can do the train reservation now only.

Rest all is fine... will update you'll with my Doc appointment update..

Take care all of you.

Subject:  Hi

Oh! Same pinch. My appointment is also on tuesday. And believe me sleeping is a nightmare for me too. By the time i get a good comfy position I feel like going to the looo. I went crazy last week with no sleep at all. but now i got a good position to sleep try it out might help u too. I sleep on the left side with two pillows supporting me. One I use it to hug so that i dont put pressure on the tummy and the other i use it to support my back. Believe past three days iam sleeping like a baby.Leg swelling even i had two days back little walk before sleep helped. Try to walk in ur bedroom for 10 mins before going off to sleep. I've become too lazy to go to the garden for a walk. so I manage it at home.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
