i am buying desi geee of britannia which si written prepared form cows milk.is it good?if not then how to amke ghee with butter i am afraid that butter may not alos be pure as the way desi ghee......which butter should we use to make desi ghee ?here we get pastursied milk so no cream.malai we get in this milkpls help me with this and expilan me in detail how to amke the ghee if not to buy form outside.

Hetal replied. cows ghee is best and easiet to digest for all including babies.if u are getting pure cows ghee then you dont have to go thru making it at home...
just make sure the ghee you are using has a pure aroma, it will never stink when not kept in fridge and its yellow in colour..thats wat is cows pure milk, and also make sure the ingrediants written on the pack of ghee says only cows milk or milk or creme.
its hard to get butter thats of cows milk ! if you get it, boil it to the extent that you get brownish layer,,remove that layer, and continue boiling it,until you get any further layer,and once the aroma comes, seive it thru the mesh and store in container,,let it rest until it cools.dont shut the lid before it cools completely...once cool, fit the lid and make it air tight !
cows ghee never spoils, infact its older the better !
