hope you all had a good long weekend. Well, I visited my doc on friday, and after she checked me, she put me on a modified bedrest. So, now I am home for next 10 weeks till baby arrives. She said it was because of my pelvic pressure and I had some spotting also last week. Hopefully, I will start feeling better staying home. we will see.
Girls, since my doc put me on bedrest, my husband was freaked out and he really thought we should finish most of shopping last weekend, incase I will have to be totally on bedrest later on. So we did.
Vindhya, you are right, we should definately do some research before we buy anything and I surely did. I have this book called \";Baby Bargains\";, it gives you all the ratings for all the brands. We were at Baby's rus all three days in the weekend with the book. It helped us a lot and we finished almost all major things. We bought

I still need to get some of the things like cirb mattress, Bedding, Sheets, Playpen and Baby Carrier.

Baby Bargains book is available in Barnes and Nobles or Borders like Ashra said. But, make sure you get the newer addition which is 5th edition and it only costs about $12. I am sure it will help you a lot.

Well done for completing most of the shopping. Ur list sure would be handy for all us lazy lot who still have to get in action!!

Regarding baby bargain book u get it in all book store esp in Barnes & nobels r in Borders...they have 2 books on that 4 babies as well as toddlers..look be4 u buy the one i have is red color, toddler's use to be in blue color..

Glad to hear that you got all the shopping done, but sorry about the bedrest. Time flies though, and Novemeber will be here before you realize it. Take care of yourself, and think positive.

I've changed my work schedule so that I can stay home Thursday thru Sunday and all the rest I've been getting has helped keep my problem in control...

I am glad you guys are almost done with the shopping. I was thinking of having mine done in the next couple of weeks too. Thanks for the list, it will surely be of great help when I start my shopping...

Only thing left is packing for the hospital, but that can wait.

Its kind of sad that you have to be on bedrest but we are doing all this for our babies. We can't take any risk at this point.
