Large corn cobs ( bhutta) 6
Water 6 cups
Cornflour 2 tbsp.
Sugar 1-1/2 tbsp.
Soya sauce 1 tsp.
Chilli sauce 1 tsp.
Vinegar 1 tsp.
Salt to taste

1. Pressure cook the corn kernels till tender.
2. Keep about 1/4 cup cooked corn kernels aside for later use.
3. Grind rest of the corn kernels and cook it in a pan on medium heat.
4. Mix cornflour in 4 tbsp. water and add .
5. After adding cornflour bring the soup to boil and then cook on low heat. Slowly the soup starts getting thick. Continuously stir it so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
6. Add sugar, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar.
* Serve hot with corn kernels (step 2) dipped in it.
* Optional - If fresh corn is not available, you can use canned sweet corn tin. But add 3 cups of water instead of 6 cups.

Buy a can of sweet corn
empty the contents in a pan and dilute with water till you get a watery consistency
Finely chop carrots, beans, celery, cauliflower separately and shallow fry with little oil for 30 seconds.
Add the vegetable to the soup.Bring it to boil.
Add salt, little pepper and a pinch of ajino moto ( mind you-not too much).

Take corn starch and dilute with water and keep ready.
Oce the soup is boiling pour the dilited corn starch into the soup till it thickens to the level what you have seen in the hotels.
Remove from flame and enjoy at once.

hi the one i make taste a lot like indo chinese that we get in bombay .....however since im here in the united states i could give u the recipe with all the ingredients from here

one can cream of sweetcorn
boil chicken with only salt in it since in hotels they do not add ne spices to it

once the chicken is boiled shred it into small pieces add all the water into the cream of sweetcorn let it boil
when it boils add a lil salt and pepper powder if needed ......add the shredded chicken pieces

take 1-2 eggs beat it then while stiring the soup with 1 hand put the beaten eggs in a steady stream so u get the white fluff if the soup is to thin to thicken it add conflour paste

ur soup will taste just like it does in hotels
