Name: shobana hi to all.plz help anybody for me...
i am 23 yrs old and i am 4 months pregnant...becoz of my family problems i am very depressed so many times and i feel in lot of stress...will it affect my babys health..cant i give birth to active,smart child..
saffron will give colour to baby...is it true?
listening to music will keep my baby active and good ..is it true..

well first of all Congrats! one thing i would tell u is DONT BE DEPRESSED! bcz if you will be depressed, it would affect ur baby. Your baby would be then quiet and u know depressed. alwayz keep ur mind relaxed. Listen to music to relax ur mind..etc. It would help ur baby alot. Alwayz be happy. if you dont have anyone to talk to, no one to whom u can tell ur worries..Take a paper..write all ur frustrations down..and at the end tear the paper so no one reads it. This way u ll feel light. Be Happy and Stay Happy! Do this for your little one!
