Bargavi please read nick's message...i know i had told u earlier methi/fenugreek is good..it was info from yoga websites and saw it in many indian sites.even in american site...but if its harmful please don't..felt worried reading that esp since i told u to..

Don't feel bad as even my parents has said methi was good for sugar and I was also planning to eat it .I was just checking the internet and found out what I have posted.So don't worry ,I also knew what you had known but just stumbled upon more info in the net the other day and wanted to share with everyone.

Good they got 5yr visa. My parents have interview after a month only.. shld wait and c.
I did find some recipes, if u have any links or ur own recipes to make any kind of dal(chole,rajma,black eyed bean etc) let me know, thanks
