Parenting Teens:cleanliness in teens

I have a 15 year old daughter. I am a person very particular about personal hygiene. Of late mu daughter seems to have forgotten about cleanliness. I see her sleeping in the bathromm and then just get ready and dash to school without having a bath and sometimes without brushing!! She seem to ignore my views on it and i have lost it . I dont know what to do

Hi parents..recently I have read about an article about brain training such a novelty way and you know what I had the chance to see it in real at peakneurosciences here in mumbai.most of the parent's aren't familiar with these techniques but science has grown we have to adapt according to that isn't it. if we have help in front of us why don't we check it out?
