Children are constantly bumping and bruising themselves. All it takes is one fall too hard, and your child just might end up with a broken bone. One out of five people has a fracture at some point of time in their lives, and the maximum of these fractures occur during childhood.

What according to you should be done to avoid these fractures? Share with us!

In olden days, people used turmeric as an antiseptic for sprains or swellings.
They used to grind the turmeric, put it on a cloth and wrap it on the sprain.

Although this is a long and slow procedure, but is equally effective. However, this tip cannot be followed for severe fractures.
