Eating too much of dry fruits is not good as it could lead to problems. Too much nuts can cause heartburn and acid reflux. Sometimes they may also trigger tension type headache attacks and migraine. This may be due to their high content of the amino acids tyramine and phenyethyamine.A lot of dry fruit such as raisins can lead to a spike in blood sugar levels and may also lead to weight gain. it is okay to eat a lot of real fruit, dried fruit contains more calories than regular fruit. so it is better to have dry fruits in moderation.
