dear friends

I am little bit worried about the movement. Iam completing 7th month and next week is iam starting 8th, Now i feel the movement which i can feel is less, During afternoon and night ican feel. As Siddhi says, as the baby grows and there is not too much space for him/her to move around, we will feel less movements.

My baby seems to be more active after 6pm and I feel fewer movements/kicks during the day..So I've been keeping count of the kicks during the evenings..It is good idea to keep track of the counts...might give you some peace of mind...
Good luck and tAke cAre Simmi replied. Hi Priya. Be assured that movements are more stronger but fewer in third trimester. Like Siddhi said, count the movements, as adviced by Avi's doc, 5 times an hr is a good indicator. Even my baby moves only certain times in a day and not throughout the day!
All the best. Siddhi replied. Hey Priya, Dont worry so much about feeling movements the whole day during ur last trimester. Docs say that since our baby is growing rapidly it does not get space in the uterus to move around as much as it used to before. And also one more thing is that the baby has also started to form a pattern of sleeping and waking up at specific times, so the reason u may not be feeling movements the other times is mostly because ur baby must be sleeping.
But the best thing u could do is count the kicks during the times the baby is most active so that u can remain tension free for the rest of the day.
