I am very happy that I found this site. You are replacing my mom whom I lost when I was 9. Thanks a lot for all ur support. your answers to all my questions helped.

I am feeding a 5 month old baby. Is it safe for me to take knorr soups. In of the posts, some one pointed out about flavour enhancer 623 is not suitable for baby and nursing mothers. Knorr soups has flavour enhancer-621. I already had twice with out noticing this. Will it harm my baby in any way.

Please advice.

Hetal replied. avoid giving ne readymades as a whole meal,,offer as a part of meal ONCE A WHILE NO PROBS...rather avoid it below 6-7months,,,

make your own,,by putting everything in cooker, some good tadka of lil ghee,curry leaves,,and some extra no sodium vegetable broth !! good to go !

you consumed it as of now,,done is done,,if it would have harmed your baby as of now,,5months is the age,where babies respond quickly to ne foods their apetite is not accepting...

he has not shown ne such probs with bowels or health,,so you are lucky ,,,feel happy about it !

now in future, try to avoid it or restrict the intake !
