start with YOBABY yogurt, first, its esp for babies..its available in walmart..try the one fruit ones first,then there are diferent combinations one.
its sour and best time to start giving to babies is at 8 months onwards.while giving yogurt, let it come to room temperature to avoid cold. yobaby yogurt doesnt turn sour(which prevents baby from having reflux due to sourness) even if its left out of fridge for a while to come to room temperature..while homemade curd or yogurt does turn sour,,no matter how good you keep temperature at home.so best to introduce homemade after 9months which is by the time,you will have introduced a variety of foods including our indian mild spices like tumeric and salt.

i wanted to go slow on sour things, so i started all sour fruits and yogurt, after my baby completed 8months even though its recommendation were from 7 mnth complete.
