Ragi Vegetable Roti is a delicious snack. I found the recipe in www coimbatorecity com. It is a combination of rice flour, ragi flour and vegetables which adds the nutritive value.

Yeah Leena,

Raagi is tooo good for health and has lot of proteins in it.

Try Ragi Porridge you can mix the required quantity in Water / Milk and boil it till itz cooked then you can add salt / sugar to ur taste.

P.S. - We sell home made ragi powder with a right mix of Cereals / pulses. If you are interested, please mail me at (vidhss (at) gmail (dot) com)

Regards / VR

Hi Leena

Ragi is very rich in fiber which washes away the toxins and cholestrol from your body.I do not know about its nutritional values on breast feeding moms.A simple recipe is ragi dosa. Here it goes

Ragi flour -1cup
Green chillies (finely chopped)-2
Onions finely chopped -1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -2 tsps
Mix all the above together with some buttermilk(or water if not available) and pour on the dosa tawa and make crisp dosas.
