Menstruation:brown discharge

Name: chai Hi i was suppose to have my period on the 13th of Feb but until now i havt got it im having pain in my breast and abdominal pain just like the one you experience when you will have your period.i experience it before the 13th but until now im still experiencing it. now i have notice brown discharge on my underwear. can anyone help me why im having brown discharge? i have use pregnancy test before the 13th because i just thought i was pregnant it came out negative....
