My friend told mo that i have to lay after taking my panty and tghey check through my vagina with fingers and some machines. I an worried as I am going to a male doctor. Is it true . What checks they do and how. What I have to do before going to doctor.

Two Is your cycle regular?
Have you tried aids like ovulation strips to check when you ovulate?
Are you tracking your BBT?

thats true whatever ur friend told u but its not sure that it will be done on ur first visit necessarily.dont worry 90% women go through such kind of check-ups in their life. and if u r not comfortable with male gynec u can go a lady gyec thats totally on ur choice. so just relax and go to the doctor of ur choice.
