Routine Tests:Please clarify

On the day of period my wife had one drop of blood stain and after that there was no bleeding, doctor suggested to go for urine test in lab, but it turned to be negative. Then we waited for the next period date on july 19th and did a home preg test, again negative. One thing that is common is we used the first urine of the day but given for testing after about 3 hours. Please help us understand, is my wife pregnant ?

if I m getting u right that means ur wife is not having periods for last two months. still ur home pregnancy test showing it negative then something is definitely wrong either inside the body or may that test strip was expired.I m not sure but plz rush to a good hospital go through the proper check-up under a gynecologist. coz if she is pregnant she need to undergo few routine test and few supplements like calcium, iron, folic acid. but in any case u shud not delay going to the doctor.
