hi..my 5th month has started this month but i can not able to take multi vitamins ...it makes me vomit each time i try...do suggest me .

Perhaps your OBGYN could suggest a good nutritionist who will assess your daily food intake and look at ways in which you could enhance your vitamin intake naturally. I don' t know much about homeopathic supplements and of course you should not take any without a prescription by a qualified person, but that' s an alternative too.

In pregnancy it is best to avoid self medication (even vitamins, painkillers etc) without referring to your own healthcare provider, even if these are available without prescription. I think at this point a good nutritionist should guide you as what you take will affect your baby

Even my friend had this problem, for some ppl, allopathy tablets wont suit.
U can try for some food supplements. Wr do u stay?
From this month u need to take Omega tablet which s very good thing for babies brain growth.
