I have not at all gained any weight. I am 19 weeks pregnant. I lost around 1.5 Kgs during the first 3 months.

For me, initialy I lost three kgs. In my last visit to doc I gained 1 kg and its same as of now.

Don't worry

I’m in the same boat so I can understand ur anxiety very well. I didn’t gain any weight in first 12 weeks & now my due date is changed to dec 19 so that makes me 18.3 weeks pregnant & altogether I gained 3 lbs until now. Couple of days ago, I used a weight gain calculator online & u know the result was depressing. So I ha stopped following those charts. Those r just guidelines. If doctor alarms me about my weight gain, I’m planning to see a dietitian & put myself on a diet program to gain weight. That's it. Cheer up, eat well & don't worry until doctor asks u to. Being depressed is not going to help u pick up weight!

it is ok untill doctor say you are not doing good
every woman is different

i am gaing enough weight
i gained 3lbs in first 3 months
4 lbs in 4th month
now i already gain 1lb
i am 18 weeks pregnant

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
