Hi girls! how much milk u r drinking ?? I am taking only one glss in the morning. Is it enough?? I am getting nausiating seeing it.

I too have problems with drinking milk,it makes me kind of sick,sleepy,excess salivation...But somehow pushing myself to drink atleast 2 cups daily.

I'm having 2 to 3 8 oz glasses of 1% milk everyday. I'm so fond of cold milk from fridge(no sugar added), I drink it like water.

You MUST have atleast 2 glasses of milk everyday. If you don't like milk, try to make some fresh fruit milk shakes. May be you'll like it. Yogurt is a good idea.

no milk at all:-( I don't like it in general either..I like yogurt but I don't eat everyday.. Im going to get the calcium chocolates:-)

Hi There!

Good at least you have courage to take one glas of milk. Am not able to take even that. trying to make it with curd.. but couldn't take more than a bowl.

Keep trying.. if not milk than any milk product.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
