Hi girls..
hope all of u are doign gr8..with our own worries and questions and happinness..
As u all know ,i'm flying to India on 14th september..so i want all of u to contribute on what to buy...as the other day one of u suggested me the nailcutter with lens,,which i was really impressed and will buy one...girls..i need your help...
lemme know..
and my next US is scheduled on 9th just before i leave to India..also lemme know abt all the questions i have to ask the doc ,as this is gonna be my last check up before going bak to India..i need each one of your inputs..so..waiting for all your replies..keep me posted

hi suhanya: i did a prelim survey on things we get in India as per the standard lists provided on sites/books etc. and to u 'll be glad to know we get everything from baby diapers, thermals for winters, all overs ( mothercare products) to baby cots ,prams even car seats... this just to tell u the level of consiousness which has come to India about baby products... so don't worry and just come and have a nice stay. i am sure u'll get things provided ur coming to a city. another thing to my knowledge these things are cheaper in India than if we try to get it from US or UK. cheers pooja

Travel safe ..Good thing is that your journey will not be very long as it is like when you travel from US.. Do try to mail when you are in India. ..hey I am glad you liked the nailcutter suggestion.. rest I think you shoudl find in India. When do you plan to be back in Singapore ??

U are one lucky girl you get to go to India and be pampered by ur family...Enjoy it to the hilt...U will never get this chance again...I dont have any suggestion about buying stuff as I am clueless myself..Dont worry too much everything is available in India now too..Hope ur US goes well...Hey dont forget us once u go to India...Keep updating us..

Hi Suhanya

Im doing fine. Just getting ready, i have my next US on the 9th too. Wot a coincidence. All the best to you! I think this US will check the overall growth of the baby. My doc advised me to go for a 3D sonography which checks the development of all the important organs of the baby like the heart, lungs, kidney etc. Also if the mouth of the uterus is not open, then it is safe to travel.

Hope all goes well for you. And welcome to India soon. Im from Mumbai. Let me know if you need any shopping tips when you get here. Im trying to get things organised with help of my experienced friends. Take care.
