The biggest hurdle to exercise is finding the motivation required to keep going. When we start, we are all enthusiastic about exercising regularly but gradually that enthusiasm diminishes. We need to constantly remind ourselves to exercise in order to meet our goals. For this purpose, we must try to exercise with a group as far as possible. This will help us to keep to our goals.

I enjoy exercising but I do not like the stares I get when I go to the gym. Thank you for pointing out some options for me to try. I will let you know how it goes.

Exercise is definitely the way to a healthier body and mind. I exercise when I' m tired and feeling down. In no time, I' m back to feeling like my usual self.

Nice article. We are so busy caught up in our daily lives that we do not find time to do things for ourselves. A healthy body is the way to a healthy mind as well. Its just a question of being committed to an exercise program.
