I need a good recipe for delicious spongy dhoklas. Can somebody help me??

hi ritu
it's very easy.take 1 cup urad dal and sane 3 cup rice.sak ie both of for 3-4 hours.then grind in mixer with curd(if curd is sour that would be better)make it real smooth.when u ready to put dhokla add some salt and limboo na phool by taste.on side put some water on gas. when water is boiling put 1-2 spoon oil and shut the gas off.and put sajina phool in it and put this thing in dhokla kheera.mix it very well.put some oil on thali and put on the gas
