Hi,
This is my first time posting on this board. I am 25 and my DH is 28. I have slight PCOS and my DH's sperm count is <1m. His motility is 74%. We are talking some vitamins and stuff to see they help at all with sperm count. I would rather choose IUI than IVF if the sperm count gets better. Does anyone know how muchit cost to get IUI done in India and in US. My insurance will not cover IUI/IVF. Or any other suggestion how to increase sperm count.

In U.S the insurance companies will not cover IUI. It will cost you around $500-700 for each IUI cycle.

In india , it takes around 10-15 thousand per cycle.

IUI with just clomiphene for you or non medicated will come to 5000 Rupees.
If you do IUI with injectible superovulation drugs to grow multiple follicles, then it will come to Rupees 10000 to 15000 depending on the dosage required.

IUI will not be succesful with low sperm count Its better you go for IVF.
